Damage Assessment Survey

The County is collecting damage estimate information for the storms starting on or after February 4, 2024. Santa Clara County community members are encouraged to take a voluntary damage estimate survey to let us know if their home, business, or other property was damaged by the storms. The deadline to complete the survey is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, February 8.

The purpose of this survey is to collect estimated costs to calculate total damages throughout the Santa Clara County and for state and federal disaster assistance purposes.

Reporting damages to the County is voluntary. This survey is not a substitute for reporting damage to your insurance agency and does not guarantee state or federal disaster assistance.

By completing this survey, you give the County of Santa Clara permission to share your information with state, federal, and local government agencies and non-government organizations that may be able to provide disaster assistance.
